Meadowwood is a beautiful community encompassing over 900 acres and already established with over 1,200 homes.  It is located in the heart of Liberty Lake, Washington.  The newest addition to Meadowwood is the “Rocky Hill” section located just off Country Vista east of Molter.  Commenced in 1994, Meadowwood is now completing this final development phase. 

The Meadowwood Community includes numerous neighborhood parks, such as Pump House Park, Five Fingers Park, and Little Bear Park.  The beautiful city park, ‘Pavillion Park’  is located just off Molter.  The summer months bring much entertainment to Pavillion Park, including the fun weekend movie nights sponsored by Greenstone Homes & Neighborhoods.

Meadowwood is a large master planned mixed-use community that includes a corporate and industrial park, retail center, and a diverse mix of single-family and multi-family housing built around the Meadowwood Golf Course.
