Assessment / Dues Information

Assessments (HOA Dues) vary based on services provided by the Association.  Rates and schedules are detailed at the bottom of this page.  The Association does not provide regular billing. Instead, a book of payment remittance coupons is mailed to owners by January 1st. Owners enrolled in AutoPay through the Portal will not receive a coupon book.

A notice is sent to the homeowner in the event an assessment remains unpaid past the 30-day grace period. In addition, email statements are sent to owners with an outstanding balance at the start of each month.  Please be sure you have an email address on file to receive these statements.

PAY ONLINE 

Please login to the Owner Access Portal then click “Pay Now”. The Association offers a free, recurring ACH payment option that is managed and maintained through the homeowner’s secure Portal login. Instructions for creating a free, recurring auto-payment via the Portal are linked to the right. Visa and MasterCard payment options are available for a nominal fee via the Portal “Pay Now” feature.

  • Once enrolled in AutoPay, your first AutoPay payment will be debited from your checking account on the next assessment due date. You must be enrolled BEFORE the assessment due date in order to pay by AutoPay.
  • The Portal does not take into account any outstanding balances or credits remaining on your account with the HOA at the time of AutoPay enrollment. This means that an outstanding balance (if any) must be paid another way, either a check sent by mail or one-time Portal payment.
  • Conversely, any credits that exist on your account with the HOA will not be taken into account when the AutoPay is debited on the next assessment due date; the exact assessment amount will be debited from your checking account regardless of the balance due or lack thereof. Please take this into consideration when enrolling in AutoPay.

BILL PAY SERVICES

If you utilize the bill payment service provided by your bank, please do the following:

1. VERY IMPORTANT: Delete the existing payment profile and create a new one with the following address:

2. Make payable to MeadowWood HOA and include the following information in the memo or account number section:

a. Your Management Company ID, which is: 7794

b. Association ID, which is MDW

c. Your Property Account Number, which can be found on your coupons or in your Owner Portal

Example: 7794 – MDW – 1064145XX

This information must be included on each payment to ensure proper application

US MAIL PAYMENTS

If you send your payment using the US Mail (USPS), please do the following:

1. Please mail your assessment payment to the below processing center for prompt and accurate processing:

2. Please include a payment remittance coupon with each check in the windowed envelope provided to ensure your payment is accurately processed.

Note: If you do not have a remittance coupon, please include the following information in the memo of you check:
a. Your Management Company ID, which is: 7794
b. Association ID, which is MDW
c. Your Property Account Number, which can be found on your coupons or in your Owner Portal
Example: 7794 – MDW – 1064145XX
This information must be included on each payment to ensure proper application

 

3. If you are paying for multiple properties, please send a separate coupon and check for each property.

ASSESSMENT RATES AS OF 1/1/2024

MeadowWood Main  

• Total Annual Assessment:  $288

• Paid Semi-Annually:  $144 due on January 1st, and July 1st 

Garden Ridge

• Total Annual Assessment:  $1,788

• Paid Quarterly:  $447 due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st 

Rocky Hill (Townhomes and Cottages ONLY)

Note:  All other Members in the Rocky Hill community pay MeadowWood Main dues)

• Total Annual Assessment:  $1,644

• Paid Quarterly:  $411 due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st
